Order placement:
In order to approve an insert, five samples must be sent in advance. Only then will the publisher confirm the booking.

Cancellation deadline:
Canellation/changes possible up to five working days prior to insertion date. Cancellation/changes after this deadline will result in charges.

Folding options:
Multi-page inserts must be folded lengthways. Concertina or gatefold brochures cannot be handled

Glued products:
Postcards etc. can only be accepted in multi-page inserts and must be glued inside, flush top or bottom in the gutter.

Delivery:
Inserts must be perfectly processed and packed, stacked on Europallets complete with a delivery note, sent free of charge and delivered five working days at the latest before the publication date, marked Beilage für Financial Times Deutschland (Insert for FTD). Quantities can be delivered to the four printing locations will be specified on confirmation of order.

Other conditions:
The layout and printing of loose inserts may not resemble a newspaper. Loose inserts may not contain any foreign (third-party) advertisements. Inserts from tow advertisers or more will be subject to a 100% surcharge.
